Error In exchange links

This is because PageRank is still a separate presitse about the success of a blog. And also, although not influenced by PageRank SERP, but is not directly the quantity, quality, and relevance of backlinks in a blog remains influential in the rankings in the SERP.
So many novice blogger who made a mistake following the exchange, exchange links to increase page rank:

Mistake 1: Collect All Links in One Page
Create a special page that contains a collection of links, would be detected easily by Search Engine so that the search engine will immediately think that we're making "Link Exchange" or "exchange links" that the practice of Search Engine as stated above is illegal. To avoid this, we should put all the link-exchange rate link in the sidebar or footer on the blog, because this link is generally regarded as a link partner.
Mistake 2: exchange links with Blog The Irrelevant
Google As stated above, not only the quantity and quality of links is important but also the relevance of the source link to another link that will be counted. Because it ranks blogs by general topic area is generally faster and gets good ratings, because of exchange links with other blogs will still be considered the same topic.
Mistake 3: Confirmation of exchange links without re-
It's a mistake that many beginners do bloggers like us, when we first put a link to a blog, we believe that the blog will also post a link to us. In reality, the blog owner sometimes forget or even ignore our link exchange requests. Could be because of the comments we get into the SPAM folder or simply ignored our requests.
Blogger Beginner've been there, because it becomes a valuable lesson to check after doing a link exchange request and also check these links regularly every month. Blogs that do not put a link back should be placed on a waiting list until the next check, and should send back a confirmation to the owner of the blog.
Mistake 4: Using Anchor Text In The Irrelevant link exchange
Anchor text is a word that looks at a link. If we want to get good rankings in the SERP for specific keywords, you should use that keyword as anchor text of our blog, but the anchor text should have relevance to the content of our blog. If it does not want to target a specific keyword, use the title of the blog also.
Mistake 5: exchange links with Just Blog That Has High Pagerank
It is true that blogs with high PageRank can help accelerate the increase in page rank of a blog. However, the parameters of Google's Pagerank and also provide ratings on SERP as mentioned above is the quality, quantity and relevance of a blog.
